Why
not come along to a fun, introductory class on Highland dance, where boys and
girls will learn the basic movements and steps and about the history behind the
highland dance culture.
Naomi Mitchell, UKA qualified dance teacher of Sollus Highland Dancers based in Cookstown has competed across Northern Ireland and the UK, winning her pre-championships, and placing in the top five in Ulster. As well as competing Naomi has danced at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, Garmisch Partenkirken Tattoo (Germany) and the Walled City Tattoo.
