Online Booking
You can book your tickets online.

Box Office
You can also book tickets in person at the Burnavon Box Office or by telephone 028 8676 9949 (option 1).

Wheelchair Seating
Tickets for designated wheelchair seating in the auditorium can only be purchased through the Box Office.

If you have any sensory or mobility needs, please contact us and we can advise you on how to access our services. 

Children

All audience members must be in possession of a valid ticket, including children. Those under 2 years will only be admitted to productions aimed at children.  Where applicable, concession rates are available for specific shows and are detailed within the relevant performance information.

Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all performances.

Babe-in-arms tickets
Babe-in-arms tickets are available for children under the age of two years old who do not require their own seat. This ticket is free of charge and must be booked through Box Office.  These tickets only apply where a show is suitable for children/family events and are at the manager's discretion.


Ticket Payment

Payment can be made by Cash*, Cheque*, Debit and Credit Card.

Tickets by post
Should you wish your tickets to be posted, we charge 50p to cover the cost of postage. Tickets can only be confirmed on receipt of payment. 

Concessions
Where applicable, concession rates are available for specific shows and are detailed within the relevant performance information.  Concession rates apply to those under 16 years and over 60 years of age.

For concession tickets, photo identification will be required for proof of age at the performance.  Depending on the performance, concession rates may also be available for school groups and schools should contact the box office for more information.   

Exchanges and refunds
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded except where a performance has been cancelled. The management reserves the right to alter or cancel performances without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable. 


Data Protection

Please tell us at time of booking if you do not wish to join our free mailing list and receive information about the Burnavon and related events. We will only pass on your details to other theatre organisations if you have given your expressed permission to do so.

Online Security
The personal details required to administer your booking will be securely stored by the Burnavon. We use encryption software to protect your data and maintain strict security safeguards to prevent unauthorised access to it. When you enter the secure area of our website, you will see a padlock icon appear in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window and the beginning of the website address will change from “http” to “https”.
