Conference Facilities

The Burnavon is just the ticket for business meetings, seminars and conferences. Situated in the heart of Mid Ulster, the Burnavon is easily accessible from all parts of Northern Ireland, offering a wide range of facilities, free parking and catering packages to suit all tastes and budgets.

Technical staff are also at hand to advise on staging, visual projections, sound and lighting so all you have to do is carry out the business at hand.

The venue is also fully accessible for people with disabilities with an elevator, easy access entrances, disabled toilets on all floors and an infrared loop hearing system in the auditorium and at Box Office.

The following facilities are presented in the friendly and intimate theatre environment, at competitive rates:

Auditorium

The venue has a fully equipped theatre auditorium which can hold up to 350  patrons/delegates in theatre–style seating arrangement.

The stage can also be elevated and the theatre seats can be mechanically withdrawn to form a large open space for various table arrangements.

First Floor Exhibition Area

Seating up to 50 delegates amid a range of visual art on display, this bright and attractive area can be set up with tables or a simple seating arrangement with projector and amplifier capabilities.

“The theatre as a conference facility was just the right size for us and provided us with an ideal space for all we were trying to do. The location was excellent with convenient parking. Your staff were always on hand to assist, even with some strange requests (eg straightening the screen). Perhaps most of all, Joanne, your caterer, provided an excellent service with excellent food. Staff who attended other venues were very jealous of the reports of scones with cream, cupcakes, main course choice, etc, etc! So thank you to all at the Burnavon. Libraries NI would be more than happy to use your facilities again.” (Stephen Fry, Libraries NI)
