We work in partnership with a host of organisations in the delivery of a vast range of arts and cultural projects, some of these are one–off, others on–going.

We are especially proud of our association with Cookstown Youth Choir which formed in 2008.  The brainchild of voice coach Meta Bell MBE, the choir has grown in both number and success. In November 2011 CYC celebrated the launch of their first cd ‘ Voices Together’ and every year the choir takes the lead in a the very popular Young Performers in Concert event at the Burnavon.

Open Door Theatre group, the creation of local writer Carol Doey is another very successful which we have been delighted to support through our community arts programme. Who will ever forget Leading Ladies, Leading Men and Leading Kidz.  These first of a kind productions brought drama and music to people of all ages many for the first time.

Currently we are very excited to be involved in a music project with Rich Music who are working with young adults with learning difficulties towards a unique show entitled Fair Day due to take place in the Burnavon on 31st March 2012.

We will also be offering support to a Circus Skills project for a group of young people from the Volunteer Centre’s in Cookstown and Magherafelt.
